Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and labels are still attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your full refund or ship your corrected custom replacement within 5-7 business days.
